The statistics apply only to goods transport. Operations with job codes, i.e. sanding, snow clearance etc. are not surveyed. Transport for own purposes is referred to as company car traffic, while commercial traffic is the term for paid transport for others. The field of interest of the survey is all transport with Swedish articulated vehicles (with a maximum load of at least 3.5 tons) and their trailers, regardless of whether the latter are Swedish-registered or registered abroad.
